Prices are base prices in US dollars and don't include VAT (Ecuador's 15 % IVA). In the demo we put together your package according to your clinic's size and workflows.

Pricing questions
You sign up, you really use it with your team and your patients, and if within the first 30 days you decide it's not for your clinic, we refund that first month's fee. It applies once per clinic. If you took the Personalizado plan, the customization setup is not refunded: that work was already done.
No. The monthly plan is month to month: you can cancel whenever you want and your data is handed over to you. The annual plan exists only if the discount suits you (you pay 10 months, you use 12).
It includes the WhatsApp bot, the full CRM of your plan, updates and WhatsApp support. Charged separately are only the add-ons you decide to turn on (WhatsApp campaigns, additional doctors, branches, pharmacy) and Meta's WhatsApp conversation cost, which is cents.
It's for clinics that need something the system doesn't include: an integration, a workflow of their own, a custom report. We talk it through directly with you, we quote it as an initial setup plus a monthly fee, and we build it ourselves.
Yes. The WhatsApp calendar, the patient history, prescriptions, reminders and finances work the same in any specialty. What's specific to yours — an odontogram, a protocol of your own, custom fields — is added with the Personalizado plan.
